We attach great importance to the confidentiality and protection of your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation. In this context, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

In accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation, within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Disclosure Text, the identity, contact, customer transaction, call center voice recordings, legal transaction information and financial information of our natural person customers and employees/authorities of our legal entity customers are processed.

b) Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out the necessary work to ensure that you benefit from the products and services offered by our company,
  • Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities of products and services,
  • Providing after-sales support services,
  • Monitoring contract processes and legal affairs,
  • Planning and execution of information security processes,
  • Carrying out financial and accounting transactions,
  • Determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies,

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

  • Information shared at fairs, events or seminars,
  • Information transmitted through our solution partners or business partners.

These data are processed in line with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

d) To Whom and for What Purposes Will Personal Data Be Transferred?

Your personal data may be shared with third parties for the following purposes and within the framework of relevant legislation:

  • Relevant financial institutions for financial and accounting transactions,
  • Lawyers for the execution of legal processes,
  • Public institutions and organizations to fulfill legal obligations,
  • Solution partners and authorized services for the provision of services within the scope of the contract.

e) Transfer Abroad

Your personal data may be transferred abroad with your explicit consent through software such as Microsoft Office365, Gmail, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp used within the scope of carrying out our business processes.

f) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information about it if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
  • Request notification of third parties to whom transactions are transferred,
  • To object to any adverse results arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
